Parent & Baby Activities
Getting together with people who have been through the same things can be a very positive and healing experience.
We are looking to host a number of regular parent and baby activities such as toddler groups, buggy walks and coffee mornings that provide a safe and open environment where parents who are struggling with their mental health can come along and connect with others who may be feeling the same way.
