FULL: Journaling & Meditation Course (Weds)
Our Journaling & Meditation Course is a 10-week programme led by Andrea Murtagh from The Real Life Hack.
This course will take place every Wednesday evening from 8pm for ten weeks from 27th January until 31st March.
On this course you will learn:
- the basics of journaling
- the benefits of journaling
- how to develop journaling as a healthy habit
- how to use meditation and mindfulness to magnify the effects of journaling
- promote mental health and wellbeing
Each week has a different theme, but they always follow a similar structure each week with a quick recap of the basics of journaling for any new joiners, an introduction/explanation of the week’s theme, a guided meditation, journaling time, and then some introspection, reflection, and discussion. We always finish with some pointers for journaling over the week ahead.
Spaces are limited to 10 and the course is open to parents who are struggling with mental health issues or who want to learn new ways to improve their wellbeing.
