Parent & Baby Groups

If you have ever been through a perinatal mental illness, you may know that regular parent and baby groups and classes can feel quite daunting.

Not only is it difficult to find the confidence to meet new people, it is often very difficult to be honest about how you are feeling.

We Are Pangs is looking to set up a number of parent and baby groups, buggy walks and social activities that are safe spaces for mums and dads who may be having difficulties with their mental health.

These groups will not only give parents the opportunity to connect with others who can understand their experience, but they will also be hosted by volunteers who will have access to a range of guidance and support to signpost to.

We will be updating our Events page as groups are added. Be sure to sign up to our newsletter to be kept up to date with the latest groups and activities.

I would love to host a group, how do I get involved?
