FULLY BOOKED Calm & Connected (PM)

Calm & Connected is an 8-week wellbeing and resilience programme designed to help you take control of your mental wellbeing by learning coping skills and technique to reduce stress.

This course will take place every Thursday evening from 7pm – 8pm from 4th February until 25th March via Zoom.

This course is free to attend but donations are very welcome.
