FULLY BOOKED: Calm & Connected (AM)

Calm & Connected is an 8-week wellbeing and resilience programme designed to help you take control of your mental wellbeing by learning coping skills and technique to reduce stress.

This course will take place every Thursday morning from 11am – 12pm from 14th January until 4th March via Zoom.

This course is free to attend but donations are very welcome.
